American 'sexual slave' stated she thought such behavior was standard in the world of fashion

Morales came to the show Today to tell about an ordeal in the American apparel chief D. Charney. The girl told that she came because she wants that other possible victims weren’t afraid to state about the exploitation. She told that it is very embarrassing and shameful, and she didn't want to tell a person about the thing. She told that she thought it to be a kind of normal. She thought that everyone in the industry of fashion went through something like this. When she was asked why she came back to company again even after being hospitalized for the nervous breakdown, she stated it was the question of finance.

She told that she looked for different jobs, none, however, being paid so well, and she had financial difficulties. Apparel paid really well, and she just had no other choice but to return back. D. Charney told that he and company were extorted for the money, and tried to prevent the case getting to the court. In answer to claims, Apparel told that Morales made the number of the racket threats in order to expose company to the avalanche of the negative publicity and litigation, NBC says. They stated that she left company 'resigning with the letter of the gratitude that regarded positive experience. The girl told that finally she decided to talk about it because she did not want it to happen to anyone else. She told that she has been victimized by D. Charney, and she won't stand this no more. In case other women would come through the same, they don’t have to be afraid about it, as it is incorrect in the way, and form, and shape. Judge ordered the hearing. The twenty years old girl would have to prove why case don't have to move to arbitration, what Apparel statements require. Morales, as all the employees, signed the confidential agreement saying she wouldn’t plead.

Apparel faced harassment of sexual nature in past, but none lead to the court. He was told to drop his trousers during the meetings, to run office with the charged sexually atmosphere,  referred to workers as 'whores' what he claimed is the term for endearment. The case is in regard.
